The process of recapitalization of insurance companies of Azerbaijan was restored.
Azer-press was informed at the State Committee for Securities that equity batch of the closed joint stock company "Thames Insurance Group" was registered. The company issues 20440 stocks at face value equaling 100 thousand AzM each one. Owing to the equity batch for 2.044 bn AzM, the authorized capital of the company will increase to 4.545 bn AzM and it equals to $1 mn practically. Recapitalization of the insurance companies of Azerbaijan shall cover the period until 2010.
